If you are unable to use the Google Authenticator app you can recover your Two Factor Code using the 6 digit alternate codes provided to you or otherwise please contact Customer Care team at [email protected] will help you along. After recovering your Two Factor Code go to 2 Factor Authentication under My Account and Disable 2FA to set up the Google Authenticator app.
